GEMMACON is seeking a detail-oriented Validation Engineer, Safety Electronics to join our Seating & Restraints team. In this role, you will be responsible for the validation and testing of safety electronics systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and performance requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop robust validation strategies that enhance the safety and reliability of GEMMACON’s advanced automotive technologies.   This position offers the opportunity to work with the top automotive brands in the world.

- Develop and execute validation plans for safety electronics systems, including airbags, sensors, and control modules.   - Perform system-level and component-level testing to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.   - Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve validation concerns.   - Work with suppliers and internal teams to establish robust testing methodologies and validation procedures.   - Support hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and software-in-the-loop (SIL) testing for electronic control units (ECUs).   - Stay updated on evolving safety regulations and integrate best practices into validation processes. 

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.   - 7 years of experience in validation testing of safety electronics within the automotive industry.   - Strong knowledge of automotive safety standards (FMVSS, UNECE, ISO 26262) and validation methodologies.   - Hands-on experience with data acquisition tools, test equipment, and HIL/SIL validation.   - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
