GEMMACON is seeking an experienced Technical Specialist, Vehicle Dynamics CAE to join our Vehicle Dynamics team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of advanced Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) simulations to optimize vehicle dynamics, including ride, handling, and overall performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine suspension, steering, and chassis designs, ensuring that GEMMACON’s vehicles achieve world-class driving dynamics.   This position offers the opportunity to work with the top automotive brands in the world.

- Lead the development of CAE models to analyze and optimize vehicle dynamics, including ride comfort, handling, and stability.   - Provide technical expertise in multi-body dynamics (MBD), Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and computational simulations.   - Support the design and validation of suspension, steering, and chassis systems through CAE-driven insights.   - Correlate CAE models with real-world test data to improve predictive accuracy and enhance vehicle performance.   - Collaborate with design, testing, and software teams to integrate CAE insights into vehicle development.   - Stay at the forefront of CAE methodologies, tools, and industry advancements to continuously improve simulation capabilities. 

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.   - 8 years of experience in vehicle dynamics CAE within the automotive industry.   - Expertise in multi-body dynamics (MBD) simulation tools such as Adams, Simpack, or equivalent.   - Strong knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and computational modeling for chassis and suspension systems.   - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communic
