GEMMACON is seeking a talented and innovative Sr. Engineer & CAD - Interiors, General Plastics to join our Body Engineering team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, engineering, and implementing state-of-the-art automotive solutions that contribute to GEMMACON’s goal of advancing cutting-edge automotive technology. You will work alongside a diverse team of experts to bring cutting-edge technology to life. Responsibilities

- Develop and implement innovative engineering solutions within Cockpit Trim, ensuring alignment with Lucid’s quality and performance standards.   - Collaborate cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to enhance product development.   - Perform technical analysis, testing, and validation of components and systems.   - Work with suppliers and partners to ensure the seamless integration of advanced materials and processes.   - Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate the latest advancements into Lucid’s product strategy.   - Drive efficiency, sustainability, and performance optimization across all phases of development.  

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.   - 8 years of experience in Cockpit Trim within the automotive or related industries.   - Strong expertise in CAD modeling, simulation tools, and product validation.   - Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality solutions.   - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
