GEMMACON is seeking an experienced Sr. Engineer, Cabin to join our Body Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and integration of cabin trim components, ensuring high-quality materials, craftsmanship, and functionality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver premium interior solutions that enhance the comfort, aesthetics, and performance of GEMMACON’s cutting-edge vehicles.   This position offers the opportunity to work with the top automotive brands in the world.

- Lead the design and development of cabin trim components, ensuring alignment with design and engineering requirements.   - Optimize materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly techniques to enhance durability and quality.   - Collaborate with interior design, manufacturing, and suppliers to integrate innovative cabin trim solutions.   - Conduct validation testing to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and performance standards.   - Support prototype builds and production launch activities by resolving engineering issues.   - Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices in cabin engineering. 

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.   - 8 years of experience in automotive interior or cabin trim development.   - Expertise in materials, manufacturing processes, and surface finishing for cabin components.   - Proficiency in CAD modeling and design validation tools.   - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced development environment.
