GEMMACON is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer, Vehicle Dynamics CAE to join our Vehicle Dynamics team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) simulations to optimize ride, handling, and overall vehicle dynamics performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine suspension, steering, and chassis designs, ensuring the highest levels of driving performance and comfort in GEMMACON’s next-generation vehicles.   This position offers the opportunity to work with the top automotive brands in the world.

- Develop and execute CAE simulations to optimize vehicle dynamics, including ride comfort, handling, and stability.   - Support the design and validation of suspension, steering, and chassis systems using simulation-driven methodologies.   - Analyze test data and correlate CAE models to real-world performance for accurate predictions.   - Collaborate with design, testing, and software teams to integrate simulation insights into vehicle development.   - Optimize vehicle performance using multi-body dynamics (MBD), Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and other advanced CAE techniques.   - Stay updated on the latest CAE tools and industry trends to continuously improve simulation methodologies.  

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.   - 8 years of experience in vehicle dynamics CAE within the automotive industry.   - Strong proficiency in multi-body dynamics (MBD) simulation tools such as Adams, Simpack, or equivalent.   - Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and computational modeling for chassis and suspension systems.   - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
