GEMMACON is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer, Dynamics Development to join our Vehicle Dynamics team. In this role, you will lead the development, testing, and validation of vehicle dynamics systems to enhance ride, handling, and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize suspension, steering, and chassis control strategies, ensuring a world-class driving experience in GEMMACON’s advanced vehicle lineup.   This position offers the opportunity to work with the top automotive brands in the world.

- Develop and refine vehicle dynamics performance targets, ensuring optimal ride comfort, handling, and stability.   - Lead testing and validation efforts for suspension, steering, and chassis control systems.   - Utilize simulation and CAE tools to optimize dynamics performance and system integration.   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including chassis, powertrain, and software engineers, to enhance vehicle handling characteristics.   - Analyze test data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement design refinements.   - Stay updated on industry advancements and integrate innovative solutions into vehicle dynamics development.  

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.   - 8 years of experience in vehicle dynamics development within the automotive industry.   - Strong understanding of suspension kinematics, steering systems, and chassis control technologies.   - Experience with simulation tools, data acquisition systems, and on-road vehicle testing.   - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
