GEMMACON is seeking a highly organized Engineering Samples Coordinator to join our Seating & Restraints team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing prototype and engineering sample parts, ensuring proper documentation, tracking, and distribution to support product development and validation processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the coordination of engineering samples, contributing to the advancement of GEMMACON’s safety and restraint systems. This position offers the opportunity to work with the top automotive brands in the world.

- Oversee the procurement, tracking, and distribution of engineering sample parts for the Seating & Restraints team.   - Maintain accurate records of sample inventory, ensuring availability for testing and validation.   - Coordinate with suppliers, engineering teams, and logistics to manage sample deliveries and shipments.   - Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards for prototype components.   - Support testing activities by preparing and delivering required sample parts.   - Identify opportunities for process improvements in sample tracking and inventory management.  

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.   - 6 years of experience in engineering sample coordination, prototype management, or a related role.   - Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.   - Experience working with inventory management systems and tracking tools.   - Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams.
