GEMMACON is seeking a highly skilled Engineer, Chassis Quality & Validation to join our Vehicle Dynamics team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, durability, and performance of chassis systems through rigorous validation and testing. You will work closely with design, manufacturing, and test engineers to develop and execute validation plans that enhance vehicle dynamics and ride quality.   This position offers the opportunity to work with the top automotive brands in the world.

- Develop and execute validation plans for chassis systems, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.   - Conduct durability, NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness), and functional testing on chassis components and subsystems.   - Analyze test data, identify issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.   - Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for chassis-related quality concerns.   - Work with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure the robustness and reliability of chassis components.   - Stay up to date with industry advancements and integrate best practices into chassis validation processes.  

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.   - 7 years of experience in chassis validation, quality, or vehicle dynamics testing.   - Strong knowledge of suspension, steering, braking, and NVH testing methodologies.   - Hands-on experience with data acquisition tools, test rigs, and validation software.   - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
